2gether Marketing LLC ("2gether Marketing", "we", "us", "our") is a marketing agency based in Miami, Florida that uses AI to communicate with leads on behalf of our client businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information — with a specific focus on SMS communications sent under our Twilio A2P 10DLC registered messaging program.

1. SMS Messaging Notice

Users may receive SMS (text) messages from 2gether Marketing or one of our client businesses after submitting their phone number through one of our forms, landing pages, advertisements, or client websites. By submitting your phone number through a form and explicitly agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to be contacted by text message regarding your inquiry.

Users provide consent by checking a consent checkbox or agreeing to SMS communication at the time of form submission before their information is submitted.

We protect your information with TLS-encrypted transmission, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, role-based access controls, and routine monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect the data you trust us with.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your interactions with 2gether Marketing LLC ("2gether Marketing", "we", "us", "our"), including your use of our websites, forms, advertisements, and SMS messaging program. By submitting an inquiry, providing your phone number, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from 2gether Marketing or the business you contacted regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

2. Program Description

The SMS program is operated by 2gether Marketing on behalf of itself and our client businesses for the purpose of conversational lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and customer support. Messages are sent from a U.S. 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered with The Campaign Registry under Twilio A2P 10DLC.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the nature of your inquiry, how quickly you reply, and whether you have an active appointment or open question. Conversations typically include initial reply, follow-up questions, scheduling exchanges, and reminders.

4. Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by 2gether Marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further marketing messages. Other recognized opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authorization to use, the mobile phone number you submit. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if your phone number changes or is reassigned.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our messaging program or websites to harass, threaten, or send unlawful content; to impersonate another person; or to interfere with the operation of our service. We may suspend communication with anyone who violates these Terms.

9. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Our messaging program is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2gether Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, including those caused by your carrier. Our maximum liability for any claim related to the messaging program is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the messaging program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services or the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Program name: 2gether Marketing Lead & Appointment Messaging

Program description: Conversational SMS for lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and customer support, sent by 2gether Marketing on behalf of its client businesses to consumers who submitted their phone number through a form, ad, or client website.

Opt-in: Web form, landing page, or advertisement where the consumer submits their phone number. Consent disclosure is shown adjacent to the submit button and links to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms & Conditions above.
