1. Who We Are
2gether AI ("we", "us", "our") is a product of 2gether Marketing LLC, based in Miami, Florida. We provide an AI-powered employee platform for service businesses that automates lead response, follow-up, social media management, and customer engagement.
2. Information We Collect
When you or your business uses 2gether AI, we may collect:
- Business information: Company name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, services offered, and pricing.
- Account credentials: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile) used solely to operate features you enable.
- Lead and customer data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and conversation history received through connected channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM).
- Social media content: Posts, comments, reviews, and ad performance data from your connected social media accounts.
- Usage data: Dashboard activity, feature usage, and interaction logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inbound leads on your behalf within seconds.
- Qualify leads, book appointments, and send follow-up sequences.
- Generate and publish social media content to your connected accounts.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
- Provide analytics and performance reports in your dashboard.
- Improve our AI models and service quality (using aggregated, anonymized data only).
4. Facebook & Instagram Data
When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we access:
- Page metadata, posts, and comments (to enable comment auto-reply).
- Ad performance data (to optimize creative generation).
- Page publishing capabilities (to post content you approve).
We do not sell Facebook or Instagram data to third parties. We do not use this data for purposes unrelated to providing our service to you. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Cloud hosting (DigitalOcean, Railway, Vercel), AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), and communication platforms (LoopMessage) — only as needed to operate the service.
- Connected platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google — only to perform actions you have authorized (posting, replying, etc.).
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription:
- Business data and lead records are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
- OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately upon disconnection.
- AI-generated content and analytics are deleted within 90 days.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:
- Emailing privacy@2gether.tools
- Using the account settings in your dashboard
- Contacting your account manager
For Facebook/Instagram data deletion requests initiated through Meta, we process these automatically via our data deletion callback.
8. Security
We protect your data with:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS everywhere).
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys).
- Role-based access controls for team members.
- Regular security audits and monitoring.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
10. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
